Client Responsibilities

Design Vigor is not responsible for delays caused by late feedback or incomplete information from the client.

Payments and Billing

Payment terms are specified in your proposal or invoice. Work will begin once an initial payment or deposit (as agreed) is received.

All fees are non-refundable once the project begins, except in cases where Design Vigor fails to deliver the agreed-upon work.

Late payments may result in suspension of work until the outstanding balance is cleared.

Revisions and Approvals

Each project includes a specific number of revision rounds, as defined in the service agreement. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra charges.

Once final approval is given and files are delivered, Design Vigor is not responsible for any subsequent edits or errors.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership rights to the final approved designs are transferred to the client.

Design Vigor retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio, website, or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All draft concepts, mockups, or unused design variations remain the intellectual property of Design Vigor.

Use of Materials

Clients must not use unfinished or unpaid-for work without prior written consent. Unauthorized use of Design Vigor’s materials, graphics, or content is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all shared business information, project details, and materials confidential.

Design Vigor will not disclose client data to any third party except as required to deliver services or by law.

Limitation of Liability

Design Vigor will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services.

While every effort is made to ensure high-quality results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as increased sales, traffic, or performance metrics.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In such cases, the client is responsible for payment of all completed work and any expenses incurred up to the date of termination.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and applicable state laws in Texas. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Houston, TX.

Updates to These Terms

Design Vigor may update or revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Modified” date. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
