General Policy

All payments made to Design Vigor are considered final. Due to the nature of creative and digital services, refunds are generally not available once work has commenced or deliverables have been provided.

However, we understand that each situation is unique, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and transparency.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

• The project has not yet started, and no work or design drafts have been delivered.
• Design Vigor fails to deliver the agreed-upon services outlined in the initial agreement or proposal.
• Duplicate or erroneous payments made due to a technical error (subject to verification).

Refunds will not be issued if:

• You change your mind after project initiation or approval of initial drafts.
• You fail to provide required feedback, materials, or communication necessary for project completion.
• The final designs have been delivered and approved.
• The dissatisfaction is based on subjective preferences after design completion.

Partial Refunds

If a project is canceled after work has begun but before completion, a partial refund may be issued at the discretion of Design Vigor.

The refund amount will depend on the percentage of work completed and any expenses already incurred.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@designvigor.com with your project details, payment proof, and reason for the request.

We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• Custom logo design after initial concept delivery
• Branding packages once design assets have been shared
• Website design or digital assets after the first draft has been sent
• Consultation or strategy sessions already conducted
